Our passion for creating delectable traditional southern barbecue started with cooking for friends and family. We were encouraged with each party or event to explore catering professionally. I always assumed people were just being polite by saying, “your barbecue is the best I’ve ever had”, until my friend and Hutto Centennial producer asked us to cook at that event as a food vendor. That event inspired us to start this new venture.
It has taken us 20+ years to perfect our seasoning and hone our barbecuing technique to produce the ultimate taste sensation. My staff and I are intensely passionate about pleasing our customers.
